Public Service:

·       Mr. Cantwell serves as an elected official in the State of Florida as Supervisor for the QCDD, a special taxation district that serves as a special-purpose governmental unit created pursuant to and existing under the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. His involvement began as a volunteer assisting the district with reparations following Hurricane Irma in 2017. He later was appointed to a vacant elected seat, and was re-elected to office during the 2020 Florida general election. On April 18, 2022, Mr. Cantwell was appointed to the position of Vice Chairman of the board of supervisors.
